🔁 Cancellation and Refund Procedures

Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. You can submit your cancellation requests via email or our customer support line.

Return

You can request a return within 15 days of the product delivery date.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and have their tags attached.

Returns are not accepted for promotional, discounted, or custom-made products.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except for defective products).

Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days using the same payment method.
